How do I activate my card

Your card needs to be activated in the app before you can use it.

Cost: a one-time $12 activation fee, paid as a top-up in the app.

1. Open the Card section in the app.
2. Select your card, then Activate.
3. Top up $12 to cover the activation fee.
4. Follow any remaining prompts to finish activation.

Once activated, your card is ready to use for online and in-store payments, and can be added to your phone’s wallet — see Add your card to your iPhone’s wallet or Add your card to your Android wallet.
