How do I order a physical card

Once your account is verified, you can order your ToonPay physical card.

Cost: $80, one-time (not a yearly fee). If you’re on Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond membership, your physical card is included free — Starter and Copper members order it separately for $80.

1. Open the Card section in the app.
2. Select Order physical card.
3. Confirm your delivery address.
4. Confirm the order — if you’re paying, you’ll be charged the $80 fee here.

Your card ships to the address on file. Delivery times vary by region — check the app for the current estimate for your country.

Prefer a digital card first?

You can start spending with your virtual card immediately after verification and activation, before your physical card arrives.
